6th Annual Robert Giard Foundation Benefit
Please join us at the Sixth Annual Benefit in support of the Giard Fellowship for emerging photographers and filmmakers working on themes of gender, sexuality, and the LGBTQ experience.
Our guests of honor will be Blanche Wiesen Cook & Clare Coss.
Blanche Cook and Clare Coss, life-long activists for social justice and the rights of LGBTQ people, were early supporters of Robert Giard’s work and reflect the Foundation’s commitment to artists working on the margins. Blanche Cook is an award-winning historian, biographer of Eleanor Roosevelt, and Distinguished City University of New York Professor, and her partner, Clare Coss, a groundbreaking playwright and psychotherapist.
